Bhangarwala or a scrap dealer,wanders through the streets yelling “bhangar wala, bhangarwala…” meaning “scrap dealer, scrap dealer” . He buys things from people’s homes, they are wanting to get rid of such as beer bottles, cupboards, televisions, newspapers, shoes, empty cans, etc…pretty much anything! He quotes a price if you like the price, sell it - if not keep your junk.
