Excellent idea and good execution, there is some room for improving the video interview, and related content.
I love the idea, as an Indian it gives me a lot to think about of the billion people in india that struggle to make their lives, with such sense of purpose just provide a better life. For those of us who can consider ourselves to be middle class it gives us a facet into their lives beyond transaction we do with them, learning to respect them as people.
